These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TalentHub platform. By accessing or using TalentHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the FY Digital Services LLC Master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Platform Operator
TalentHub is a marketplace platform operated by FY Digital Services LLC. TalentHub provides digital infrastructure only, including account access, subscription-based features, messaging tools, listing management, and moderation.
TalentHub does not provide services directly, does not employ service providers, and does not participate in or control the delivery of any services.
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use TalentHub. Certain service categories available on the platform may be age-restricted (18+) where applicable by law.
By using TalentHub, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements in your jurisdiction.
3. Platform Access and Subscriptions
Access to certain TalentHub features, including messaging and communication tools, requires a paid subscription.
- Subscription fees relate to platform access only.
- TalentHub does not guarantee that any service provider will respond, remain available, or accept an engagement.
- Service provider availability may vary by city, region, and time. A subscription provides access to platform features and messaging tools and does not guarantee that a provider will be available within a specific distance or timeframe.
- TalentHub does not process payments for services.
- Any payments for services are arranged directly between users and independent service providers.

Users may cancel their subscription renewal at any time through their account controls (where available) or by contacting support@fydigitalservices.com from the email address associated with the subscription.
Account Access and Email Association
Access to TalentHub is granted only to the email address used when completing the subscription payment for that account. Platform access credentials, invitation codes, and account creation rights are issued solely to that email address.
Users may not create accounts using alternative email addresses in order to bypass subscription requirements, platform restrictions, account suspensions, or platform controls.
TalentHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent subscription access controls, including the use of multiple or unauthorised email addresses.
TalentHub may require verification of the email address associated with a subscription before granting or maintaining access to the platform.
4. Independent Service Providers
All service providers listed on TalentHub operate independently. Users and service providers contract directly with one another.
- Service providers are responsible for their services, conduct, pricing, and legal compliance.
- Users are responsible for their conduct and compliance when engaging service providers.
TalentHub does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or suitability of any service provider or service.
TalentHub acts solely as a technology platform and is not a broker, agent, or representative of any service provider.
5. Provider Verification and Listings
TalentHub may implement verification and eligibility checks for service providers, including identity and age verification, before approving listings.
Verification is intended to support platform integrity and does not constitute endorsement or a guarantee of any provider or service.
6. Platform Rules and Conduct
All users and service providers must behave lawfully, professionally, and respectfully.
- No harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour.
- No explicit content, nudity, or sexual imagery is permitted on the platform.
- No illegal activity, misrepresentation, or impersonation.
- No sexual solicitation or negotiation of sexual services or sexual contact is permitted through the platform.
- Service providers may not offer, request, or arrange services beyond the scope of their clearly described professional service listing.
- Users are expected to communicate with service providers respectfully and professionally. Low-effort or inappropriate messages may not receive responses, and TalentHub does not guarantee that providers will respond to any particular message or enquiry.
TalentHub may review, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or listings to enforce platform rules and maintain safety and compliance.
Users and service providers may not use TalentHub to circumvent platform access requirements, fees, or subscription controls, including attempts to move communications or arrangements off-platform for the purpose of avoiding platform rules.
7. Content
Users are responsible for any content they submit or post on the platform. By submitting content, you grant TalentHub a limited licence to host and display that content solely for operating the platform.
TalentHub reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates platform rules or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
TalentHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
TalentHub is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of users or service providers.
Any safety or guidance information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of safety.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FY Digital Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TalentHub.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of TalentHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Geographic Restrictions and Content Availability
TalentHub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, modify, remove, or discontinue access to the platform, specific features, geographic content, state-specific pages, or service categories where such action is considered appropriate for legal, regulatory, compliance, safety, or risk management reasons.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
